1. Shake Pete’s Ginger Brew – Hawksmoor

Kicking off with the legendary London beer cocktail – invented at the Spitalfields branch by a dude called Pete Jeary in 2012. Think a ginger shandy with a cheeky little kick. Made with gin, lemon juice, ginger syrup and Fuller’s Chiswick Bitter.

2. Penicillin In A Storm – The Racketeer

A deliciously icy beer cocktail that’ll totally sort you out on a hot summer’s day (if we get another one) It’s a Penicillin cocktail blended and topped with black Porter beer.

3. Phileas Grog – Smith & Wollensky 

A modern twist on 16th century Grog of rum and sour beer that kept the British navy so well watered. This version is served with Jamaican Blackwell’s rum, Velvet Falernum (a sweet and spiced Caribbean liqueur), Guinness, chocolate bitters, cinnamon syrup and fresh lime. Served in a copper tankard with Guinness foam and grated nutmeg. Ahoy there…

4. Harry Potter Butterbeer – Blind Pig

These guys have only got ACTUAL Harry Potter Butter Beer on tap. Called Half a Pint o’Buttah is made with whisky, Kamm & Sons, thyme, beer and butterscotch.

5. Every Cloud – Three Sheets 

Another sublime cocktail from the Three Sheets guys. We love how all the cocktails – even the beer ones – are served in these wafer thin glasses. With Ocho Blanco tequila, lemon and pale ale.
