Homemade liqueurs like salty-butter washed hazelnut, plus fun garnishes like edible glitter makes us want to hop it to Westbourne Terrace to check out the cocktail menu at brand spanking new The Hyde Bar at Royal Park Hotel.
Along with the interesting ingredients, the bar prides itself in using rare and exclusive spirits like Balvenie, 40 y/o Laphroaig, 25 y/o.
Awesome sounding cocktails – the pics definitely not doing them justice! The drink that caught our eye – La Belle Noir, with Calvados, salty-butter-washed hazelnut liqueur, Dubonnet and golden edible powder.. and as if that’s not decadent enough, topped up with Champagne!
With top bartenders like Luca Rapetti ( The Hyde Bar’s Head Bartender, hailing from Library and winner of the 2015 International bartending competition in Singapore. Then there’s Andrea Signanini (The Bar at Dorchester).
